About Me

Hi, I'm Kianna.

I'm a writer and content strategist who builds B2B/B2B SaaS content that ranks and is a joy to read.

Currently, I own content growth at Quietly Media, building strategies for our company blog, different content series, and social media (LinkedIn). Each are designed to compete in AI search, support new business, and build our authority.

Before then, I earned my stripes at Black and White Zebra, managing the content funnel for The CFO Club, a B2B SaaS financial brand, and writing financial how-to guides, SaaS listicles, ultimate guides, and SME-powered posts.

Over the years, I've worn several hats, but one thing's stayed the same: my passion for audience-led content and data-backed growth.

Strategy gets it found. Storytelling gets it read. I do both.

"Kianna was my editor at The CFO Club. Hands down, one of the best editors I've worked with so far. Her briefs are clear and crisp. She also left recommendations in the brief doc as comments, and never built guardrails to limit creative freedom. Kianna is professional and kind, and I can't wait to work with her again in the future. Any organization would be lucky to have her!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a writer or an editor?

I'm both a writer and editor. I hold a B.A. in Creative Writing and English Literature, and have continued to write and edit professionally in both B2B/B2B SaaS and publishing industries.

What's it like working with you as a writer/editor?

As a writer, I am incredibly open to feedback and take editor notes seriously. When it comes to editing, I enjoy collaborating closely with my writers and providing helpful, constructive feedback when required to help us both learn and grow as professionals.

What got you into content and SEO in the first place?

I developed a passion for SEO and content in my early career. The constant change and learning are great, but my favourite part is figuring out how those changes work and seeing my content succeed as a result.

How do you use AI tools in your process?

While I do use AI for drafting copy, I mainly turn to it for collaboration and strategic thinking. When I create prompts to help me pressure test ideas and push my thinking, I find it helps me uncover weak spots in my ideas that I wouldn't think of otherwise.
